After spending 10 days in the North of Morocco, I returned with a new and improved love for Moroccan cuisine.
Growing up with a chef as a mother and a sommelier as a father, food has always been a huge part of my life. Although I career-wise ended up in the world of finance, my spare time largely consists of enjoying amazing food and travel. Therefore, I wanted to start writing about my various culinary experiences, even if it may only entertain myself.
